1948 Sales Brochure
« on: February 19, 2012, 05:36:44 PM »
I always enjoy finding out about the little stuff like accessories, tools and repair items that were offered and all those kinds of things. So I think the last page is really cool. I never got to see them but when this bike was found it had a set of saddle bags on it. The owner didn't mind getting rid of the bike but for some reason has to have the saddle bags! Also, when I was restoring my bike it had two of the vertical fender supports on the rear fender sort of sandwiched together. I don't know if this was by accident or some one did it to carry the added weight of the cargo in those elusive saddlebags!

Really cool brochure.  I wonder how much a set of repro saddlebags would run a guy these days?
