I have seen more than a few references to Gary Wollard's book .

Where can I get a copy ?

Pete, contact his son at adamwollard@hotmail.com & he can fix you up with a copy.  35 or 40 dollars if I remember correctly.  Not the end all of books about Simplex, but easily the best that's out there.

Mike, I would have to disagree with you. It is the "end all of books about Simplex", because it's the only one!
