ANYONE GUESS A YEAR AND VALUE ON THIS FRAME. HAVE A CHANCE TO PURCHASE IT BUT KINDA DRAGGING MY FEET DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. THANKS

More pictures would help.  I would guess 1945-1948, but with later wheels.

Does this help at all. Is it it worth a few hundred or am I waisting my time with this project. I just fell in love with the look of it. Just looking for another set of eyes to help me out. Thanks again.

I would guess to make a runner of it, figure $350 for Waynes engine kit with engine, (H.F. 212cc predator motor) another $300-400 for gas tank and fenders (maybe?) + tires ($100-$300) PLUS, seat, paint, misc.  Just my estimate but about $1000+/- total?

1945H to the beginning of 1948
Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right,
There's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.
