I'm not sure why you are having a time out problem.  How long before you get timed out?

I would suggest if you get timed out, use the back arrow, then copy the text

Then repost, but just paste the text back in.  That should be a good work around.

That said, I can't remember ever being timed out on a post, unless I have walked away from the computer for 10 minutes or more in the middle of a post.

I've suggested before to type your post in Word or Note Pad or the like and then copy and paste it to the forum . You'll have no problems that way .

If I know I am going to be posting for awhile I just click the box to Always stay logged in on the sign screen.    Never  been booted out after that.

Thanks guys very helpful as always. I knew it was my fault & that's what was frustrating. The forums are really well set up & I just need to spend more time learning how to use them & then actually do it correctly.   Rick :-X C.
