Simplex wings

Just pondering the logos.  I know the first one is 1940.  And I know the mid-30s to have had mesinger seats(eric's '37). And we all know the normal winged logo.  But what is to made of the one Heather's uses and the matching one on this can of oil.? I should go back and look at my brochures.
