Update from PA on my Project.

I took delivery of it last week.  I got the singly fill neck tank,  front and rear wheels rebuilt, seat pan, for assemble.  Missing a few items on the top of the fork assembly.   Some welding/repair will be required.      Someone hacked both sides off the tank.  I have the original pieces.    I think it's an early 1930's frame.

There were no early 1930's Simplex's.  Looks to be mid 1940's to me.  There is too much missing/wrong to restore that bike cost effectively, build a custom and ride it!
